Natasha Lukasiewich, currently is working on her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She has her MSN specializing in Education. She completed her Legal Nurse Consulting Diploma over 4 years ago, and has worked in the health care industry for over 17 years.

Natasha holds a Diploma in Holistic Health from her early years in integrative medicine. She is Master’s Prepared EMS-Nurse, Doctoral learner, national speaker, who is an innovator in staff development and patient safety. She is dedicated to psychological first aid for EMS, Public Safety, Hospitals and First Responders. Natasha’s focus is all about building resiliency among our heroes.

Founder of Legal Nursing Solutions, LLC, she has the philosophy that we do not rise to the occasion, but fall to the level of our training. Being a Legal Nurse Consultant has afforded her the wonderful opportunity to advocate for those that may not have voice in the legal world and navigating the challenging interworking of EMS to Hospital Environments. Alison Kesler


​Alison Kesler is a Legal Nurse Consultant and a clinically active Flight Nurse, with over 14 years of rotor flight experience. Prior to working as a Flight Nurse, Alison spent the bulk of her nursing career in Emergency Nursing. 

Alison is a graduate of the University of Alberta in Edmonton, AB, Canada and has lived in the USA since August 1995. Alison earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in June 1995. Alison maintains her active registered nursing licenses in both California and Nevada, as well as her active EMS-RN license in the state of Nevada. 

Alison lives in Truckee, CA with her husband and their two dogs. In her spare time, Alison enjoys any activity that includes their two dogs, as well as whitewater rafting, mountain biking, snowboarding, and camping.

Natasha has passion, heart and soul of a warrior and survivor of life's adversities. She is an example of what Resilience is. Being a health care advocate for her patients, advocate for peers and the organizations she serves, she strives to raise the bar. 2014 she was awarded critical care nurse of the year for Northern Nevada Nurse of Achievement. 2015 she was nominated for Emergency nurse of the year for the same venue. 2017 she graduated with her MSN specializing in education. Her Final Capstone research focus was Abating Workplace Violence for Health Care Workers. She plans to graduate with her (DNP) Doctorate in Nursing Practice the end of 2019.  She has taken her experiences and clinical expertise across the nation.
